The only fee we charge is a small built-in commission deducted from completed orders. You can also choose to sell us your product at a wholesale discount, and we will mark it up to generate a small profit. Should I use ImplantCusp as a reseller and distribution center?
It depends on your needs. You can use our marketplace services to acquire more orders or have us become your reseller and distribution center and handle all your sales and inventory. At the moment, our reseller and distribution services are exclusively for the U.S. market. If you are currently operating in the U.S. market, the only benefit would be to outsource your inventory for cost-cutting purposes. However, if your manufacturing plant is not in the U.S. market, then using us as your reseller is a great way to establish or expand your footprint in the U.S. market. Plus, you might find it more cost-effective to use us as your reseller as opposed to maintaining a satellite U.S. office. Ultimately, it’s up to the manufacturer to decide. Which products can I sell in my online store?
Dental implants, prosthetic parts, and anything dental implant-related is fair game. This includes surgical kits, tools, and other implant-related accessories and tools. We do not sell or promote non-dental implant-related products. We also only sell products to dentists and dental professionals, not to the general public.
How do I create bundled packages?
Bundled packages are ideal for generating more marketplace sales as well as attracting high-value clients. The more attractive your bundled packages, the more opportunities to generate a big sale through our marketplace. To create attractive bundled packages, you must select a variety of implant sizes for different packages. The best way to do this is to go through your sales history and rank your best-selling implant sizes in descending order. We use this information to generate several useful bundled packages that meet the needs of most clinicians. For example, one bundled package will target dentists focusing on all-on-four treatments. Another bundle targets dentists who prefer snap-on-denture treatments. A final bundle targets clinicians who primarily focus on individual and multiunit implant cases. We recommend that you create bundled packages of 50, 100 or 150 dental implants, but you may choose to create smaller or larger bundled packages as well. While many inquiries initially start online, it usually takes a more personal touch to close out most implant deals. Are you a bargain marketplace?
Absolutely not! Sure, we create bundled packages to help dentists save on high-quality brands, but we do not promote or sell bargain implant products. Bargain dental implants lead to angry customers, lawsuits, complaints, and dentists who regret their purchase. We do not want to be responsible for supplying unproven implant brands with high failure rates. We carry dental implants that fall into different price ranges, but none of which are considered bargain implants. Therefore, do not feel pressure to list your products at an unreasonably low price on your online store. If you can convince dentists that they should choose your dental implant system over competitors’, many of them will do exactly this.
Can I set different prices for different regions?
Yes, geographical pricing is available. You can set different prices for different regions or exclude certain countries from your marketplace. Similarly, you can charge different shipping rates for different countries. It is entirely up to you how to set your pricing. We work closely with your team to create a price tier that meets your specific needs and those of your dental clients. You can also choose to sell your product to us at wholesale price and we will then set our prices according to the market. How long does it take to create my profile?
Several months on average. It depends on how quickly you can supply us with the documents needed to create your profile. To create your portfolio, we must first generate a bio page to introduce your company. Then, we need to list your products on our marketplace. This also requires creating multiple bundled packages to make your online store stand out. This all takes time. Our team will work closely with your team to complete your profile in as little time as possible.
